1. What are your
projects and where are they located?
We
currently have condominium projects. The Courtyards is located in Leonila Hill
and the North Cambridge, in Bakakeng, Baguio City. Our first master planned
community, The Summerfields, is located in La Trinidad Benguet. It's situated
in a mountaintop overlooking the strawberry fields. These projects are a few
minutes away from the Central Business District.
2. Do you have
available financing schemes?
Yes
we have. We offer in-house, bank, and Pag-ibig financing.
3. How much is the
monthly amortization?
Monthly
amortization varies on the type and floor location of your unit. It is also
dependent on the chosen financing scheme.
4. Can I alter/
change/ re-design my unit?
Though
the exterior of the housing unit cannot be altered, the interior of the unit
can be modified subject to the approval of GLCI or the Homeowners’ Association.
Other restrictions specific to certain subdivision projects are defined in
details in the Deed of Restrictions.
5. Do you offer
discounts?
Yes
we do. You may ask the person connected to Goshen land you are transacting with

will be paid on spot cash basis.
6. Is the building
insured?
Once
the construction of the building is done, our clients are ensured that the
building is covered by an insurance service.
7. What are the
other charges that we need to pay?
The
other charges that you need to pay are: registration fees, documentary stamp
tax from BIR, transfer tax fees from the City Treasurers’ Office, water and
meter installation, handling fees, and miscellaneous fees. This will cost you
5% of the total price. This is payable at spot cash or installment basis (to be
included in the amount to be financed by the bank/Pag-ibig or in-house).
8. Is the building
safe?
Yes
it is. Before we start the construction, we undergo soil test and acquire
required government permits in building construction to ensure the safety of
our project, partners and future residents.
9. Is the unit
under perpetual ownership? What are the proofs?
Yes.
Your proof is the Certificate of Condominium Title to be issued to you.
10. What are the
requirements that I need to submit when I purchase a unit?
Once
you decide to buy a unit or a lot from us, you will need to submit the
following requirements:

11. Can I reserve a
unit even if I am outside the country?
Yes
you can, provided that you will have a representative to do the reservation for
you and process the required documents in reserving or buying a unit. However,
we will also require you to issue a Special Power of Attorney to your chosen
representative. This will serve as a legal proof of permission granted by you
to your representative

13. I'm not able to

take 1-2 days before it reflects in the bank account of the receiver.

will receive immediately the scanned copy of your receipt then we will send the
original copy to your mailing address every 5 months if you are not able to get
it from the office.
